The Preacher's Son of Bentonville announced today that it's launched a new lunch menu featuring healthy and light fare.
The restaurant, at 201 N.W. A St., has created a menu that will allow diners to enjoy seasonal options over a meeting with colleagues or a quick chat with a friend. Lunch diners won't have to sacrifice the quality and care Chef Matt Cooper has put into the kitchen, which uses 100 percent gluten-free ingredients, said April Rae Mallord of Resplendent Hospitality in an email.
New items on the lunch menu include house cornbread and fried artichokes; radicchio salad with raspberries, sunflower seeds and vadouvan Gorgonzola dressing; smoked chicken salad with charred corn, pickled onion, white beans and creamy cilantro lime dressing; and grilled steak salad with oven-dried tomato, pickled celery, candied pecans and smoked cheese vinaigrette, Mallord said.
Lunch service at The Preacher's Son is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m, Monday through Friday, Mallord said.
